Steve Anderson - Chief Executive Officer
As a 23-year entrepreneur in the Technology and Software industry, Steve has successfully orchestrated the sales of over 100 million copies of software programs through several different companies he has conceived, built, managed and sold. In generating this growth, he developed and fostered partnerships with such notable establishments as IBM, Gateway and Dell, and has serviced nearly every Fortune 500 company. Steve’s software and development ideologies have enabled the development of the most effectively integrated, automated service-communications and reporting platform available today in the automotive marketplace.
Alex Eckelberry - Chief Operating Officer
Alex’s highly successful thirty-year track record includes experience in product development, product management, marketing, sales, and operations with leading software companies, beginning in Silicon Valley at Borland International. He later had a seven-year career at Quarterdeck (now Symantec and WebEx), a successful public company, where he held the positions of VP, general manager of Windows Tools, and also served as the company’s CMO. In addition, he was a partner and executive vice president for Mijenix, now Kroll Ontrack, and worked in venture capital and private equity as managing director for Bulldog Capital Management (now part of Deloitte), an investment firm with $1.4 billion of assets under management. Alex was also CEO of Sunbelt Software for eight years, leading the company through its rapid expansion and ultimate sale to GFI Software, where he then served as president of security products. Prior to his appointment as COO for AutoLoop, he was the CEO of Technology Growth Engineering. He currently sits on the boards of SaaS companies Malwarebytes, KnowBe4 and Runaware.
Tony Petruzzelli - Senior Vice President Sales
Tony’s deeply-rooted knowledge of the automotive business has derived from over 22 years of successful hands-on experience in this industry. Tony developed his own automotive F&I specialty company used by such giants as Group 1 Automotive, successfully represented northeast sales for Pirelli Tires, and originally founded the largest tire wholesaler in all of New England. Bringing a diversity of practical, knowledgeable understanding, Tony has been responsible for advancing AutoLoop into the fastest-selling, cross-media automated marketing service in the US, elevating an AutoLoop customer base into the top five market providers in the country.
Eric Z. Beard - Chief Technology Officer
Following a successful USMC career, Eric transitioned into IT during the dot-com boom. Rapidly becoming a sought-after software consultant, he worked for such reputable firms as British Telecom and AT&T. At Brainbench, he was appointed Chief of Software Development, later working at AOL in R&D where he soon became their resident .NET expert. Eric has built and deployed software systems on Linux, Solaris, and Windows platforms from C to Java to C#, and is a senior-level qualified Database Administrator. Since arriving as AutoLoop’s first employee, Eric has been the leading architect of AutoLoop’s premier software, while also building a 20+ corps of the some of the most qualified engineers in the country to continue forward the AutoLoop legacy.
Matt Rodeghero - Chief Product Officer
Matt’s technical and leadership skills developed early as a business consultant. As Executive Director of an active architecture firm, he developed a savvy business sense by managing the marketing, bidding, sales and production of all business design services. Matt migrated to the IT side of business, and in the last 7 years, has been instrumental in forming the supporting structure and process for the installation and support of multiple software products. His experience and knowledge in IT business delivery, data structures and user experience led him to form AutoLoop’s first Product Management team. In his current role as chief product officer for one of the fastest growing software companies in America, Matt is responsible for the planning, oversight, testing and delivery of nearly a dozen different software products in over 2,000 dealerships across the country and around the world.
Graham Annett – Vice President of Marketing
Graham Annett comes to AutoLoop with more than 20 years’ marketing experience with respected companies that include Gannett, Thomson-Reuters, and The New York Times. Graham joined AutoLoop in 2013 to advance their brand management and creative marketing strategies, and leverage the company’s database mining and analytics capabilities. As Vice President of Marketing, one of Graham’s main responsibilities is providing effective and efficient direct marketing strategies, campaigns and marketing consultation for both OEMs and individual dealerships. Graham has been recognized over the years for his innovative marketing, including the “20 under 40” award by Presstime magazine, which recognizes 20 industry leaders under the age of 40 annually. Graham was also awarded the “President’s Award for Marketing Excellence” by Thomson-Reuters, and has been invited to speak at the International Circulation Marketing Association and Newspaper Association of America annual conferences. Graham has an MBA with a concentration in marketing management and a BA in economics. He was also selected and successfully completed Northwestern University’s Advanced Executive Program.
Patrick Kelly - Vice President of Client Retention XRM
A 35-year veteran of the automotive industry, Patrick began selling cars at a south Texas Chevrolet dealership in 1979 and quickly learned that the key to sales success lay in following up—and building relationships—with his customers. After a stint as Director of Finance for a mega-dealership, Patrick followed a more traditional sales management path, eventually serving over 14 years as General Manager for various U.S. dealerships. His role as District Manager for Gulf States Toyota gave him the opportunity to see the automotive industry from the manufacturer’s perspective and helped to develop his unique style of “motivational management and leadership.” A self-professed “genuine car guy,” Patrick is also a sought-after motivational speaker, using humor to share his experience and proven techniques with salespeople, managers and dealers across the country.
